Every barn handles their horses a little differently. When we're all follow the same routine it is easier for our herd to know what to expect & they then have better behavior. This is also a great chance to pick up some leadership skills that apply in the real world as well.

Summit Equestrian is going to host a Combined Test & Dressage Schooling Show at the Shrine Horse Grounds in Columbia City.
Riders from all over the area are invited to check their skills they've been working on through the Spring and explore this unique show opportunity. The dressage classes are sanctioned with the Michiana Dressage Club and Indiana Dressage Society, meaning riders in those groups can count their scores toward their year end awards.

Join Summit Equestrian Center founder Allison Wheaton and Certified Baptiste Yoga Instructor Sarah Evans as we combine our love for horses and yoga into one EMPOWERING event. Whether you are new to yoga or new to riding this workshop is for you!
This is an all levels yoga flow with horses. Weather permitting we will be outside, however an indoor arena is also available. Celebrate after class with fresh mojitos in the garden.
